Fees & Other Practicalities
The fees for self-paying clients:
– Reigate £100 per 50 min session
– Reigate: £170 per 90min session (initial session), £120 per 50 min session (arranged as and when needed)
Online therapy using Zoom or Skype:
£100 per 50min session payable by PayPal prior to the session. Please note that these are for online only therapy, not online counselling to replace face to face sessions.
Cash or card payments are settled at the end of each session, PayPal or a bank transfer prior to the session
Concessionary rates may be available for students and those on a lower income. Please get in touch to enquire.
There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. A full fee is payable for any sessions canceled during that time period. There is no fee for prearranged holidays.
If you have a medical insurance, I am registered with most insurance providers. Please see for the list here.
Confidentiality in person and online
When working online regardless of taking all necessary steps for ensuring confidentiality of sensitive material, this cannot always be guaranteed. Please be aware that working online has its limits to confidentiality. It should be noted that the sessions are not permitted to be recorded, as confidentiality of the recordings cannot be guaranteed. If you have any questions, please contact to discuss further.
Technical problems with online counselling:
If you were to encounter technical problems and were unable to contact me online, you are asked to contact me via phone (+44 7871 955195). Sometimes it may be possible to arrange an alternative time, however, this may not always be available.
Often taking the first step and seeking support is the hardest. I understand that it can be daunting trying to find a therapist who you feel comfortable with and connect with. Hence, I offer a FREE 15 min phone consultation to give you an opportunity to find out whether we would be a good fit to work together.
During the initial consultation session we will talk about your situation, what you are seeking from therapy and your background, as well as how we could work together towards your personal goals for therapy. These can be short-term goals, such as developing coping strategies or having support for a specific difficulty in your life, or goals that require longer-term work and open-ended therapy, such as on-going life situation, childhood trauma or multiple stressors in your life.
