Here is a bit about me…

My original training included person-centred, psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioural approaches, (of which psychodynamic was my favourite).

Since then I have learnt about compassion-focused therapy and more body-based approaches. I have focused on trauma work for the past 7 years and

I am in the final stages of getting accredited in EMDR. My general approach of working with clients is attachment informed. I have over 15 years of experience in counselling psychology. Prior to being a CP, I was an occupational psychologist.

I believe that everything starts with the quality of the relationship whether it is the client relationship or supervision.

Having worked in private practice for almost 10 years, I can support you in developing your pp too.

Fees: Qualified £120 per 50min

Trainees £80 per 50min
